The International Monetary Fund and World Bank will maintain their Annual Meetings in Morocco scheduled for next month.
Following the earthquake that struck Morocco in early September, it has been agreed that Morocco will proceed to hold the 2023 Annual Meetings in Marrakech from October 9 to 15, adapting the content to the circumstances.
The Meetings are set to attract nearly 14,000 high-level participants including Ministers of Economy and Finance as well as Central Bank Governors from the 189 member countries alongside representatives of the civil society, the private sector, international media, and academia.
