The kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Cabo Verde signed, Wednesday 31st August, 2022, in Dakhla, a cooperation roadmap, two cooperation agreements and a memorandum of understanding aimed at giving new impetus to the multidimensional partnership between the two friendly countries.
