The Ambassador Wassane Zailachi had the pleasure to meet with the Australian Minister for Trade and Tourism Don Farrell on the 5th of October, to discuss economic, trade and investment opportunities between Morocco and Australia.

Morocco, under the Leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, have made significant strides in improving its overall business environment and building major infrastructure projects, in particular the Tangier Med port, the leading container port in Africa and the Mediterranean, and the largest solar complex in the world 'Noor Ouarzazate'.
The main industries in Morocco are renewable energy, mining, aeronautics and the automotive industry. In fact, Morocco is very well placed to become a world producer of green energy, in particular green hydrogen.
