Khadija El Mardi, a Moroccan boxer competed and won gold at the 2023 International Boxing Association (IBA) Championship, held in New Dehli, India.
This was an impressive feat, with her becoming the first Moroccan, African, and Arab woman to win a gold medal in international boxing. She also won the gold medal at the 2022 African Championships in Maputo, Mozambique, and the 2019 African Games in Rabat.
Great job to Khadija, and we look forward to seeing her accomplish more in the future.
