📢 Announcement: Call for Applications - Administration Assistant Position (Full-time)

At the Embassy, we strive to foster positive relationships and provide essential support to our fellow citizens living in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island States.

As an Administration Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team, assisting in various administrative services. Key responsibilities include: 

✅  Receive and answer telephone calls. Direct the received calls to the relevant staff, if needed; 

✅  Support the administrative works; 

✅  Maintain databases: Typing and word processing, Sorting and filing; 

✅  Respond to and resolve routine telephone and emails queries and refer complex inquiries to Head of Mission as required; 

✅  Manage documentation (Photocopy and collate documents) ; 

✅  Assist with ad hoc tasking/reporting requests from Rabat; 

✅  Provide executive, administrative, and organisational support to the Head of Mission, if needed; 

✅  Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Mission;

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications: 

🌟 Bachelor Degree/ Practical working experience in an International Organisation or Embassy; 

🌟 Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residence; 

🌟 Fluency in English, Arabic and, or French.
